Support Worker Positions

Disability Support Worker responsibilities may include mealtime assistance, personal care, and social and lifestyle support, including transportation.
What we require for you to join our dynamic team
Essential
- Driver's License with a personally insured vehicle
- Current cleared Police Check
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Willingness to travel between clients' homes
- Flexibility and availability for 15+ hours per week
- Ability to be patient and interact gently with individuals with complex support needs
Desired
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent, or a willingness to pursue this qualification
- NSW Working with Children Check
- First Aid certificate
- Manual handling certificate
- Experience in supporting people with disabilities
